ROTATION: it is the movement of the Earth on its axis. Rotation causes day and night. One rotation takes 24 hours.
REVOLUTION: it is the Earth´s movement around the Sun. Revolution causes the four seasons (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter). One revolution takes one year (365 days).
